Beautiful your trip to Lapland, so I know that sooner or later I will go there, at least to find my Marta. Fortunato, that Paul!
If you want to see once a else simply wonderful, and without going so far without making six airports without having to take trains, without being forced to sleep on the ground at the airport of Tromso (I studied, since it is as if I came too, in Lapland!), you should go to the Corno alle Scale, Bolognese Apennines. In spring you can find beautiful flowers, typical of the Alps as a residue of the ice age, or meet frequently enough wild animals not too suspicious: the secret is to go late in the evening, when the classic groups like "holiday group Piemonte" if they are already back in their nice little houses, and without making too much noise.
And if you can resist the cold, and you have at hand a front to back, not bad to sit at the end of spring, waiting for the sunset, overlooking the fairing, on Spigolino, the farther Open Book, with
games of clouds that are enthusiastic and enjoy as rich in what surrounds you. And if they survived the cold, bring a tent, the important thing is to remember to install also the supporting posts of the porch, not as I did one of the last times! Hello.
